1. Return & Refund Eligibility
You may request a return or refund within 5 days of receiving your product or completion of service.
After 10 days, we are unable to offer any refund or exchange under any circumstances.
To qualify for a return or refund, items must:
- Be unused and not installed
- Be in the original condition as received
- Be in original packaging
- Show no signs of damage, misuse, or alteration not caused by us
We reserve the right to decline any request that does not meet these conditions.

- Order or invoice number

- Reason for return/refund

Once approved, our team will guide you through the return process.
⚠️ Returns without prior approval may not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items:
We will cover the return shipping cost if the issue is confirmed.
Change of Mind (Non-Custom Products Only):
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
We recommend using a trackable courier service, as we are not liable for lost returns.
4. Custom & Made-to-Order Products
All custom-made curtains, blinds, and tailored furnishing solutions are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in cases of:
- Manufacturing defects
- Incorrect product delivery
- Service not delivered as agreed
Customers are advised to carefully confirm measurements and specifications before placing custom orders.
5. Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fee.

6. Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting the returned item:
- You will be notified of approval or rejection
- Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method
Processing Time:
Refunds are typically completed within 10–15 business days, depending on your bank.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged:
- Take clear photos of packaging and product
- Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
Late reports may affect eligibility.
8. Order & Service Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours, provided work has not started.
Once production, customization, or installation begins, cancellations may not be possible.
